Customer Reviews
Please note we are a small family business not Amazon, and that whilst we aim to pick, quality check and pack all orders within two working days, due to limited man power and time, orders may be delayed a little at busy times and weekends. Orders placed on Friday will not be packed until the following Monday to be sent out either on Monday or to be collected by our couriers on Tuesday. Please bear with us, we try to do our best!
Delivery times for orders are from the time of dispatch, not from the time of order placement. The time given for shipping is an estimate and not a guarantee.
You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched (this email will sometimes be sent to your spam folder). You may also receive an email from the courier with any updates on your order delivery time. If you have provided a phone number with your order you may also receive this information by message.
If your order is for a present/gift or needs to arrive on a select date please let us know in the note option during checkout or through a follow up email.
For customers outside the UK
Please note that tax and duty may be charged in your country and requires payment before the goods are released to you. It is your responsibility to deal with this. Please note we have no control over the process. There is often a minimum value before tax and duty are charged and advise you to check the value at which tax and duty become due, to ensure that you are willing to pay these additional charges.
If you are ordering outside the UK please take note the currency in use is £ (pound sterling).
Please be aware that if you purchase a product using PayPal that contains a La Aroma de Cuba box (guitar, kit etc) due to the item having the word Cuba in there may be a delay with the payment going through the system as PayPal is an American company and so has to abide by USA laws, regardless of where the item is being shipped from and to.
If you have any questions about our shipping or about your order please send us an email and we will see what we can do to help.
